Fees and Regulations
School Fees
- Fees are charged for the whole calendar year. The tuition fee is to be remitted bi-monthly, that is in six installments on the prescribed dates
- The first installment of the new entrants will be at the time of admission.
- All fees will be taken in the school counter only on the prescribed dates.
- Defaulters shall remit a fine of Rs. 25/- and Rs. 50/- at the lapse of given date in the 2nd month and 3rd month of installment respectively.
- An addition of Rs. 1/- will be charged everyday to the existing fine for the defaulters after the due dates to pay the fees with fine.
- The student’s name is liable to be struck off in case of default at the end of the respective quarter.
Conveyance Fees
- Conveyance fees are charged for the 11 months of the academic year. This is to be remitted bi-monthly that’s in six installments on the prescribed dates.
- Conveyance fee will be charged for one installment even if the child stops coming in between
- Parents are requested to pay the fees and take the ‘CONVEYANCE PASS CARD’ at beginning of every prescribed date. The bus facility arranged by the school. Fees will be taken only in the school counter
- Defaulters shall remit a fine of Rs. 25/-and Rs. 50/-at the lapse of given date in the 2nd month and 3rd month of installment respectively.
- Children must travel only in their allotted buses. If a change of bus is required for any reason, a written application must be submitted to the office and approved by the Principal.
- To ensure uninterrupted conveyance service, there must be no outstanding dues at the end of each quarter.
GENERAL RULES OF DISCIPLINE
- Students are supposed to maintain discipline by being well mannered, polite and well behaved in all their activities inside as well as outside the school premises. Students shall strictly adhere to the guidelines, rules and regulations stipulated by the school management.
- Be decent and modest in your uniform, wearing neat and clean dress. You shall strictly abide by the instructions regarding hairstyle. Girls should use proper hair band or ribbon as directed by the principal/class teacher. Boys shall have proper haircut and comb the hair. Use of ornaments is not entertained. Nails should be properly trimmed.
- Students shall not bring electronic gadget of any kind, other materials, books and stationery not approved by the principal to the school campus. School management will have the right to confiscate such things.
- School will not take any responsibility of loss of property including study material. Students must take responsibility to keep their personal belongings safe and without being lost. Students are allowed to bring money to school only if asked by the competent authority. No monitory collection is made without the approval of the principal.
- But at the same time they should bring with them necessary articles for their daily work, lunch and other necessary items. No request for handing anything over to the students during the school hours will be accepted.
- Absolute silence must be observed during the morning assembly and also while moving in and out of the classroom, even in the absence of teachers. During the recess students shall not behave viciously.
- English is the medium of instruction in our school and students should speak English in the school campus when they interact each other and interact with the teachers.
- Students should not write, carve or scratch on the school walls or deface the school furniture by any means. The students are bound to make good any damage done to the school property of any sort.
- Bullying of any type including physical assault or verbal abuse direct or through social media will be considered as serious indiscipline. Such practice even outside the school campus will be considered as serious indiscipline. Such practice even outside the school campus will lead to grave disciplinary action.
GUIDELINES TO PARENTS
- Please send the children in neat and modest dress.
- Make sure they follow the instructions of the school in dressing, hairstyle, nail trimming and other important matters.
- Please make sure that they do not ride motor vehicles violating the rules of our country. Taking precaution is always better than repenting afterwards.
- Please do not approach any academic staff of the school for private tuition, School as a matter of fact does not promote or encourage private tuition.
- Give them money only when needed and also make sure that they do not take money without your knowledge.
- Parents are requested to cooperate with the school when the child is asked to participate in co-curricular activities
ATTENDANCE
Attendance 80% or above is required in all the classes up to class eight. For classes nine and above the rules and regulations of CISCE New Delhi to which the school is affiliated will be followed. In case of medical emergency, leave application must be supported with necessary documents in original. Students will not be allowed to leave the school premises during the school hours. In case of emergency the students must inform the class teacher and class teacher shall convey the matter to principal. In case of emergency, parents must contact the school office. Latecomers and absentees will not be admitted in the class without the express sanction of the principal.
EXAMINATION AND PROMOTION
The promotion to next class is decided through a system of continuous assessment throughout the year. Written examination of each semester, class tests, assignments, project work and other, criteria decided by the principal will be taken into consideration in the process of promotion to next class. There will be no re-examination or examination out of schedule. Participation in physical education and other co-curricular activities when asked is compulsory no exemption will be granted in this regard. No leave will be sanctioned during the examination. A student who is unsuccessful for two consecutive years is not eligible to continue and will be asked to leave the school. Any grievance with regard to the promotion must be addressed to the principal only. School Hours: Monday to Saturday — Summer: 7:20 AM to 1:40 PM | Winter: 8:20 AM to 2:40 PM.
